Main Accountability:

• Develop engaging and visually appealing content for diverse platforms.
• Utilize photography and videography skills for photo shoots, video recording, and editing.
• Craft compelling and shareable content for promotional videos, reels, and other short-form videos.
• Oversee and manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Regularly analyze platform metrics to optimize content and drive performance.
• Coordinate and manage entertainment events to align with brand objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of events.
• Capture and share event highlights through various social media channels.
• Demonstrate proficiency in graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant software.
• Enhance visual elements of content to maintain a consistent and appealing brand image.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals.
• Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
• Proficiency in photography, videography, and video editing.
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Excellent knowledge of Azerbaijan, English and Russian languages
