Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Finance Director with tasks execution and supervise the finance team
- Oversee daily accounting functions, ensuring adherence to legal standards and company policies.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections to maintain company liquidity.
- Assist team with data collection and entry to ERP system
- Forecast cash flows and manage liquidity to ensure financial stability.
- Analyze past financial performance to forecast future trends and provide strategic insights.
- Scrutinize company spending, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and improved efficiency.
- Maintain relationships with bankers, auditors, and tax authorities to ensure smooth operations and clear communication.
- Collaborate with external auditors for annual audits and ensure compliance with tax regulations and deadlines.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, providing updates on the company’s financial health.
- Deliver comprehensive tax services, ensuring timely compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Participate in and monitor their execution, and analyze budget preparation,.
- Prepare financial statements such as balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and cash flow statement.
- Ensure accurate accounting of financial and production activities and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Submit required data for tax inspections and audit processes.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in finance with minimum 5 in production company as a manager.
- PMS certificate is essential.
- Deep understanding of business processes of production company.
- Solid understanding of ERP system, SAP experience is preference.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize and meet deadlines while being committed to execute routine tasks as well.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, and ability to solve issues.
- Advanced computer user with hands-on experience in Excel and Power BI experience.
- Positive work ethic, persisting with challenges until resolved.
- Excellent in Azerbaijani and very good in English.
