We are looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Receptionist who is also interested in learning and supporting logistics operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, handling administrative tasks, and developing new skills in logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming visitors and answering incoming calls
  • Managing emails, appointments, and general office administration
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Supporting the logistics team with basic coordination and documentation
  • Learning logistics processes such as order tracking, deliveries, and scheduling
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in reception or administration is an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn logistics processes and systems
  • Basic computer skills (email, Word, Excel)
  • Professional and positive attitude
