Education Quality Assurance Agency is looking for: “A quality assurance expert who is assigned with certain responsibilities (please see below) ensuring the evaluation of Quality Assurance processes in educational institutions”

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the accreditation process and participate as an expert in the audit / monitoring, licensing processes and analyze these processes;
• Conduct analysis on external quality assurance methodology and study international experience in the area of quality assurance;
• Organize the process of collecting and analyzing statistical data of educational institutions;
• Contact universities, authorities and international QA Agencies on issues related to Quality Assurance;
• Develop the strategic plan of activities and ensuring its implementation;
• Adhere to the policy procedures to produce accurate evaluation reports;

Requirements:

• Master degree holder;
• Two years of work experience, preferably in a higher education system concept;
• Knowledge of quality assurance area and/or systems of foreign QA practice is desirable;
• Fluency in Azerbaijan, English and Russian languages;
• Having strong analytical and research skills;
• Being engaged and willingness to professional development;
• Open to changes and new ideas;
• Ability to work independently towards established goals and deadlines;

Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00
Salary: It will be announced during the interview
