Responsibilities:
- Oversee our offices in the Caucasus and Central Asia
- Develop and implement financial strategies
- Lead the budgeting process
- Prepare and present accurate financial reports
- Implement cost control measures and monitor operational expenses
- Oversee cash flow management, ensuring adequate liquidity
- Assess financial and operational risks and develop strategies
- Analyze financial data and metrics to drive accountability
- Adopt a proactive approach to anticipating internal and external concerns
Requirements:
- At least 8 - 10 years of experience in Accounting & Finance,
- Bachelor’s Degree,
- Good command of English and Russian,
- Has the ability to provide big picture strategic thinking, vision and insights to drive big ideas and initiatives,
- Possess collaborative leadership skills that encourage team cooperation and motivate relationship-building,
- Is self-confident in oral, written, strategic and analytical abilities,
- Hardworking and flexible attitude,
- Positive approach and proactivity,
- Openness to different cultures,
- Availability for travel.
