About the Role

• An international professional services organization is seeking an experienced AI Developer to support the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions in a highly regulated, professional environment. The role focuses on automation, legal-tech solutions, and close collaboration with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and improve AI-based applications
• Automate and optimize internal workflows (e.g. document analysis, contract review, research tools)
• Integrate AI solutions into existing internal systems
• Collaborate closely with non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Work with Large Language Models (LLMs), including prompt engineering and API integrations
• Ensure data security, confidentiality, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards
• Document, test, and continuously improve AI solutions

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field
• Practical experience in AI / ML application development
• Strong Python skills and experience with AI frameworks (e.g. PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Experience working with NLP solutions and Large Language Models
• Good understanding of software architecture, data structures, and system integrations
• Very good English (written and spoken)
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
• High level of responsibility when handling sensitive data

Nice to Have

• Experience in Legal Tech or other regulated industries
• Experience working in international or corporate environments
