Today we are looking for a successful candidate to fill in the position of Commercial Specialist.
Role and Main responsibilities:
• Preparing Commercial Proposals due to various projects in IT sphere
• Monitoring of market prices according to main trade brands and competitors
• Participating in project budgeting and cost control
• Participating in tender and bidding process
• To prepare multiple types of reports related project budget
• Monitor payments to contractors based on agreements
• Participate on preparation of handout documents for contractors and clients
• Participate on handout process
• Collecting and archiving all needed information and documents (Preliminary Proposals for each project prepared by Project Department in one single document), and Commercial Proposals in a systematic and proper way.
Required skills, qualifications and competences:
• Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in Azeri, English and Russian
• Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Required education and work experience:
• Minimum bachelor degree in economics/finance/business administration field.
• Experience in IT projects will be an advantage
