To keep pace with demand Barattson is looking for skilled English instructors and certified General English, IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, GRE, or GMAT tutors. We are looking for articulate English teachers who are able to effectively communicate with students from diverse backgrounds and of varying degrees of ability. You will be a committed and dedicated professional with proven success in teaching and an ability to motivate students to achieve their maximum potential by generating a positive and dynamic learning environment.
Job skills and requirements:
- A Bachelor degree (minimum)
- At least one year’s experience in teaching English
- Excellent command of English
- Can demonstrate the ability to interact effectively with people of diverse backgrounds
- TEFL/TESOL/CELTA or other professional qualifications (desirable)
- Commitment to professional development and self-improvement
Job description:
- Creating a vibrant learning environment
- Regular student assessment and giving appropriate feedback
- Tailoring English teaching methods to suit needs of all students
- Preparing students for internationally recognised exams
- Keeping accurate records of students’ performance on the online management system
Teachers will have great chance to attend training sessions with our certified trainer from the United Kingdom. The trainer will be working with local teachers, give them recommendations, suggest efficient teaching techniques, and provide general support.
