ATL Tech is a local company specialized in Information and Communication Technologies with more than 10 years’ experience in software and mobile application development. By having partnership with global companies, ATL Tech offers a broad range of products and services, including IT consulting, systems integration, security, software services and solutions. 

Currently we are looking for a “Technical Trainer”

He/She will be responsible for:

 Coordinate internship program with HR;
 Being responsible for software developers intern’s professional development within the organization;
 Coordinate Internship program’s learning materials and mentors;
 Provide timely feedback to HR ;
 Follow execution strategy and review effectiveness evaluation results to measure success and look for continued training improvement opportunities;

Requirements:

 Bachelor's degree in Software development experience;
 Experience in software development;
 A technical background in engineering or computer science;
 Experience conducting training needs assessments and developing training plans;
