Inside Sales
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Service production and drilling accounts
• Responsible for the processes as well as administrative and operations functions
• Interact with both customers and vendors to addressing RQF and quote submission, sales order process and follow them through the invoicing process
• Coordinating with vendors and get quotation, issuing purchase order and follow up
• Provide technical sales support and product consulting to customers
• Support business development efforts directly and indirectly
• Cultivate and grow customer base
• Follow up on all offers submitted and increase order booking
• Support efforts to exceed sales goals, increase market share and improve customer satisfaction
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned
• Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• 3 years Sales Experience
• Drilling and/or production knowledge preferred
• Computer skills (Microsoft Office -Excel and Word)
• Process, administrative, operations and SAP experience is a plus
• Positive and assertive attitude
• Detail-oriented, organized and analytical
• Understanding of and total commitment to DNOW processes
• Outgoing, service-oriented, self-motivated, with excellent customer service skills, willing to receive direction
• Drilling and/or production knowledge preferred
• Oral and written communication skills, both internal and external
• Relationship-building abilities with both customers and co-workers
• Goal-oriented with the ability to multi-task under pressure in fast-paced work environment
• Strong work ethic and integrity
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
