Job Description
• Preparation of financial acts;
• Issuance of monthly invoices;
• Preparing of bank transfer request to overseas, local payment orders, exchange order & letters to bank;
• Working with Internet Banking System;
• Calculation of salaries, overtime & holiday payment against timesheets; - once in a month;
• Cash accounting;
• Preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual reports reports(VAT,Statistic,DSMF);
• Preparation of management accounts (PL, BS, CF);
• Execute other accounting tasks and prepare documentation for the management;
• Maintaining files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices;
• Regular communication with clients and the state authorities.
Requirements
• Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics;
• 3 and more years of related experience;
• Good knowledge of accounting;
• Good knowledge of 1C 8.3
• Knowledge of tax and financial accounting;
• Advanced written and spoken Russian, Azeri and English;
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel;
• Ability to work in an environment of pressing deadlines and dynamic conditions;
• Flexible working hours.
Salary 600-800 AZN
Working hours: Monday- Friday (08:00 - 17:00)
