Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance;
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the field;
- The ability to work in ERP programs;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Azerbaijan and Russian,English);
- Effective communication skill, win-win negotiation skill, interpersonal skill;
- Strong analysis, planning and organizational skills;
Main Responsibilities:
- Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc;
- Present cost estimates and budgets for new purchases;
- Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual operating information and consolidations;
- The inventory account is debited and the cash account is credited;
- Resolving financial problems, performing audits, and analyzing profit loss;
- Summarize and prepare financial status and transactions reports, including a profit and loss statement, and other necessary reports;
- Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes;
- Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements;
- Identifies and evaluates available and new technologies to assist in inventory management;
- Generates purchasing and inventory reports as requested by departmental leadership;
- Coordinates and maintains timely flow of purchasing and receipts with Accounts Payable;
