Sea Breeze Resort LLC is looking for a professional, well-presented, and highly organized Receptionist / Office Manager to support the CEO’s office and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. This role is the first point of contact for visitors and plays a key role in maintaining executive-level office standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for the CEO’s office, welcoming guests and visitors in a professional manner;
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence; redirect inquiries appropriately;
- Coordinate the CEO’s meeting room schedules and assist with meeting arrangements;
- Support the CEO’s office with administrative and organizational tasks;
- Ensure proper office workflow, document handling, and filing systems;
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and equipment; liaise with vendors when necessary;
- Maintain high standards of office presentation and reception area organization;
- Coordinate with internal departments to support executive office needs;
- Assist with preparation of basic documents, reports, and presentations;
- Support office events, executive visits, and internal meetings when required.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Business Administration or related field preferred);
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Office Manager, or Administrative Assistant;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English;
- Strong organizational and time-management skills;
- Confident, professional appearance and communication style;
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment;
- High level of discretion and confidentiality;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
