About the Role

  • An international professional services organization is seeking a reliable and proactive IT Support Administrator to join its Baku office. The role focuses on end-user support, workplace IT administration, and participation in internal IT projects within an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support, maintenance, and administration of desktop and laptop workstations
  • Installation, configuration, and maintenance of end-user software
  • Setup and troubleshooting of peripheral devices (printers, scanners, mobile devices)
  • First- and second-level IT support for employees
  • User account and access rights management
  • Support in operating servers, network, and backup systems
  • Documentation of IT incidents, processes, and solutions
  • Participation in IT projects (system migrations, new software implementation)

Requirements

  • IT-related education or degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • Very good knowledge of Windows client systems
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office and standard business applications
  • Experience in user support and ticket-based incident handling
  • Good understanding of IT troubleshooting processes
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • High level of reliability and discretion when working with sensitive data

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of networking and basic server operations
  • Experience in international or corporate environments
