Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Online Sales Manager to drive online revenue growth across international markets. The role involves managing global e-commerce channels, optimizing digital sales performance, and collaborating with regional and global teams to deliver sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow global online sales channels (corporate website, marketplaces, regional e-commerce platforms)
  • Develop and execute international online sales strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Drive revenue growth, conversion optimization, and customer acquisition across multiple markets
  • Analyze sales performance, KPIs, customer behavior, and market trends
  • Coordinate with global marketing teams on digital campaigns, pricing strategies, and promotions
  • Optimize product assortment, pricing, availability, and localization for different regions
  • Manage CRM pipelines, online leads, and customer engagement processes
  • Collaborate with logistics, finance, and customer support teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
  • Monitor competitors and industry trends on a global scale
  • Prepare performance reports and insights for senior management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in online sales or e-commerce, preferably in an international company
  • Strong understanding of global e-commerce platforms and digital sales funnels
  • Experience working with international markets and cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with KPIs
  • Experience with CRM, ERP, and analytics tools
  • Fluent Russian (mandatory)
  • English is an advantage
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
