We are seeking a positive, energetic person with an obvious sense of urgency for this role to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. This position possesses excellent and empathetic service skills, maintains composure in difficult situations. As a Customer Support Specialist with AFEA Group you will be part of a select team that is dedicated to caring for our customers, handling daily tasks and helping us grow our business to the next level. You will be responsible for resolving more complex technical issues, providing in-depth product knowledge, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Job responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance to customers regarding advanced features, and customization options
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of support processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Investigate customer issues, providing timely and satisfactory solutions.
- Work closely with product teams to share customer feedback, report bugs, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the product.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of support ticket documentation.
- Have in-depth knowledge of the platform's products and features, and regularly update this knowledge.
- Create and update support documentation to equip customers with the knowledge to resolve their issues independently.
Skills and abilities:
- Experience working in a customer support role, preferably in a technical or SaaS environment
- Strong knowledge (speaking, reading, writing) of English language
- A strong commitment to maintaining the highest standards of customer service
- Experience working in an evolving environment, adapting to changing requirements and contributing to iterative development
- An inquisitive mind and continuous curiosity that drives you toward creative and effective problem-solving
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide clear and concise feedback.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Working hours:
- You’ll work from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m five days a week. You’ll have two days off — one on a weekday and one on the weekend. Weekend shifts are work-from-home.
Salary: Competitive and negotiable based on experience and knowledge.
