Project: Sea Breeze Casino
Location: Baku, Nardaran
Sea Breeze Resort is looking for a Corporate Lawyer to join the Sea Breeze Casino project and support international legal operations and investor-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the in-house representative of the company on all legal aspects
- Advise on confidentiality agreements, term sheets, LOIs for potential transactions – from a legal perspective
- Negotiation, and from time-to-time drafting, of contracts in various areas of the company’s activities (on behalf of the company itself or on behalf of the asset owner entities), including but not limited to: strategic management agreements with the asset owner entities, property management agreements with third parties, agreements with contractors, agreements with other third-party service providers, for assets/projects under development or operational;
- Legal support of corporate activities related to the casino project
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with foreign companies and international partners
- Supporting cross-border transactions and cooperation with companies abroad
- Participation in negotiations, meetings with investors, and business partners
- Ensuring compliance with corporate and international legal requirements
- Interaction with external legal advisors and counterparties
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in law, Master degree is asset
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in corporate law
- Proven experience working with foreign companies and handling international deals
- Strong background in contract drafting and negotiations
- Fluent English is mandatory (spoken and written)
- Russian language is an advantage
- Ethical conduct and a high level of integrity
- Flexibility to adapt to changes in the business environment
- Willingness to travel frequently and participate in meetings with investors
- We are preferably considering male candidates, as the role involves frequent business trips and in-person meetings
Working Conditions:
- Work schedule: Standard 5/2, 09:00–18:00
- Workplace: Sea Breeze Resort, Baku (Nardaran)
- Meals provided by the company
- Shuttle bus provided by the company
