Today we are looking for a successful candidate to fill in the position of Front Office Specialist

Role and Main responsibilities:

∙ Receiving and processing of orders by phone / e-mails / special software.
∙ Provision of the necessary information of IT equipment and services of the company to the clients.
∙ Filtering orders in line with department rules
∙ Control over the execution of orders
∙ Report to the management of the Department

Required skills, qualifications and competences:

Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong Microsoft office skills
Good understanding of IT products
Ability to manage multiple tasks/priorities

Required education and work experience:

Bachelor degree
Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in Azeri and Russian (English is preferred0
Minimum 1-year previous experience in Customer Service.

Working conditions:

The 5-day working week.
Schedule: 09:00 to 18:00
