Today we are looking for a successful candidate to fill in the position of Head of Sales Department.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for the product and services, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products/services.
Maintains sales volume, product/service mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
Identify key areas for improvement in the sales process.
Completes sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
Maintains sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
Attending monthly/weekly meetings with other senior members of the business.
Work on account management plans with the sales managers. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationship
Analyze clients’ demand; research and suggest new sales prospects. Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
Preparing supporting materials for sales purposes
Required skills:
Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Preferable skills:
Good understanding of IT services and Software products
Education & language skills:
BA/BS degree or equivalent in information technologies or commerce
Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in Azeri, English and Russian
Experience:
Minimum 3 year previous experience as a sales executive or sales manager.
Working conditions:
The 5-day working week.
Schedule: 09:00 to 18:00
